First and foremost, PHM Pocket PC Plus! is a group of files allowing you to personalize your Pocket PC. It contains, first of all, a group of shortcuts to all the Control Panel options. So you can put these shortcuts wherever you see fit, for example in a program launcher. Likewise, it has a library of icons that come from the Windows Shell32.dll, which allow you to personalize, inter alia, the way your folders look. Both groups of files come from PHM Pocket PC PowerToys and do not constitute anything new. The novelty of this tool is a plug-in for the Today screen that lets you display pictures in a personalizable diorama. (You can personalize which pictures to show and for how long.) This is something you can do without, as far as I'm concerned. My Today screen is already quite small for everything I want to put there. Update: A new plug-in lets you control Windows Media Player from the Today screen, and there's also a Sleep Timer for falling asleep without having to turn your Pocket PC off.
